  • Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service that was not delivered by RacineCo Solutions, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment was made for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded.

  • Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If you cancel the service before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to any applicable administrative fees.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Ongoing Projects: For projects that are ongoing, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, based on the work already completed.

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations or discovery sessions are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review: We will review your request and may contact you for additional information.

  3. Decision: You will be notified of our decision within 14 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
